Your stay
- Check-in from 14:00 for individual bookings and from 14:30 for groups. Check-out by 10:30.
- Late check-out is subject to availability. The hotel charges 50% of the room rate up to 14:30 and 100% after 15:00. Ask for confirmation for departures between those times.
- Children aged 0–2 stay free. If an extra bed is requested, the full applicable rate is charged.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted. Food brought from outside may not be eaten in the room.
- Return the room key or card at check-out. The hotel charges €15 if it is lost or not returned. The hotel may charge for damage or soiling attributable to guests. Use the room safe or reception deposit for valuables. The hotel’s terms exclude responsibility for loss of money and personal belongings.
Booking and payment

Changes, cancellation and no-show
- For bookings of up to 6 rooms, give at least 7 days’ notice of changes or cancellation to avoid a first-night charge. The hotel specifies a 100% charge for cancellation 5 days before arrival. The quote will confirm the exact deadlines and applicable charges.
- For group bookings of 7 or more rooms, notify Capital of cancellations or reductions at least 30 days before arrival. The hotel lists a 50% charge for full group cancellation at the 28-day threshold and 100% at the 14-day threshold or for no-show. The quote will specify the exact date bands and charges before you confirm.
